The Director of Advisory Services / +impact Director - UAE is responsible for establishing and growing the Advisory business in the UAE, covering key service lines including, but not limited to, Customer Experience & Innovation, Organisational Resilience, Operational Transformation, Asset and Facilities Management, HSQ, and Sustainability. Key areas of this role include leading, expanding, and delivering advisory and consultancy services across key market sectors in which the company delivers operational services. The role is responsible for 10X-ing Advisory Services in the UAE, driven by a strong Customer Experience (CX) lens and enabled by AI and technology.

Key Accountabilities
- Scale Advisory Services in the UAE by 10X, driving growth through a CX-led, AI- and technology-enabled approach.
- Lead the Advisory function for the company UAE, owning strategy, solution development, business development, marketing, branding, and resource deployment in alignment with the SME strategy.
- Develop and execute robust UAE Advisory strategies and annual plans, ensuring contractual, operational, and business targets are achieved.
- Drive profitable growth and financial performance, including pipeline development, revenue, margin, cash flow, and organic growth through rebids and new opportunities.
- Own technical leadership for Advisory and Consultancy Services, ensuring high-quality, value-led solutions for clients.
- Build and manage strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary liaison to enhance reputation, trust, and long-term partnerships.
- Deliver against agreed KPIs and business objectives, with performance measured across service excellence, financial outcomes, and growth targets.
- Develop deep market knowledge of the UAE, including clients, competitors, and go-to-market approaches to secure and win business.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Advisory team, ensuring capability growth, effective workforce planning, and strong people leadership.
- Strengthen the company’s Advisory brand and market profile in the UAE, working with Marketing and Communications to build visibility and credibility.
Requirements
- Senior advisory leader with 20+ years’ experience, including 3–5 years in a GCC Head of Advisory role.
- Respected, strategic and creative thinker able to partner with senior executives and clients.
- Strong people leadership skills with experience managing multicultural, high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Strong commercial, financial, business development, and HR acumen.
- Demonstrated success in business development, pipeline creation, and market growth.
- Experience leading large, complex, high-value client engagements to time, cost, quality, and safety targets.
- Excellent analytical, judgment, and decision-making capabilities.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and resilient, able to operate with urgency in dynamic environments.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong UAE/Middle East market knowledge, and an established client network.
