Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (Saudi National) to lead our business growth across the KSA market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling enterprise IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud transformation, ERP systems, and managed services, with a proven record of success in the Saudi enterprise and government sectors. This role requires strong C-level engagement, excellent knowledge of the Saudi digital transformation landscape, and the ability to work closely with technology partners, distributors, and system integrators to drive joint go-to-market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a KSA-focused sales strategy for IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, ERP, and Managed Services.
  • Build and manage relationships with key partners (AWS, Microsoft, VMware, Snowflake, distributors, and resellers) to expand business opportunities inside the Kingdom.
  • Identify, pursue, and close business opportunities with Saudi enterprise and government organizations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and senior decision-makers across multiple sectors.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, pre-sales, and delivery teams to build competitive proposals and RFP responses.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets specific to the Saudi market.
  • Represent the company at KSA-based partner events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Monitor Saudi market trends, government digital initiatives, partner programs, and the competitive landscape to strategically position the company.

Requirements:

  • Saudi National – mandatory.
  • 8–12 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the IT Services industry.
  • Proven track record selling Cybersecurity, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), ERP, and Managed IT Solutions in the KSA market.
  • Strong active industry network with Saudi enterprises, ministries, government entities, and large private-sector companies.
  • Hands-on experience working with technology partners, distributors, and system integrators to co-sell and drive joint business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
