Position

We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic sales leader to join our organization as Director of Sales – Cybersecurity, Cloud & Microsoft Solutions. This executive-level role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading enterprise sales initiatives across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in selling Cybersecurity, Cloud, Managed Services, and Microsoft 365 solutions to government entities, large enterprises, and strategic accounts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, developing high-value client relationships, and leading complex digital transformation engagements.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the company's sales strategy for Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Microsoft solution portfolios.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability across key market segments.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders, government officials, and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including opportunity identification, solution positioning, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with key technology partners including Microsoft, cloud providers, and cybersecurity vendors.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Saudi National.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience within the Technology, Cybersecurity, or Cloud industry.
  • Proven success in enterprise and government sales within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multimillion-dollar sales pipelines and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Technical & Domain Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity Solutions and Services, Cloud Platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Hybrid Cloud), Microsoft 365 and Security Solutions, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Managed Security Services (MSSP), and Digital Transformation Programs.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Security)
  • AWS Certifications
  • Cybersecurity Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc.)
  • Sales Leadership or Executive Management Certifications
