The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director- Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, particularly in software solutions, and a passion for AI. The role will involve developing and nurturing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence in the GCC market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, across the GCC market.
- Drive new business opportunities and expand market share through effective networking and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments, particularly in AI and technology, to identify new business opportunities.
- Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in business development, with a focus on technology sales.
- Experience working in a global organization or technology company is highly desirable.
- GCC national, with a preference for candidates based in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record of success in business development, with experience in technology sales, preferably in software solutions.
- Passion for AI and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- Excellent network across the GCC region and the ability to leverage this network to drive business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
