What You'll Do:

Client Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on AI strategy, adoption, and impact.
- Lead complex AI transformation engagements from opportunity assessment through to execution.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to business leaders and stakeholders.

Strategy Development
- Design and deliver AI maturity assessments, strategic roadmaps, operating models, and use case portfolios.
- Guide clients on responsible AI, data governance, and risk management.

Thought Leadership
- Represent the company in client briefings and, as required, at conferences and panels.
- Develop intellectual capital including whitepapers, frameworks, and methodologies.

Practice Development
- Build and scale the functional practice (e.g., Energy, Healthcare), including product offerings and delivery capabilities.
- Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants and AI specialists.

Commercial Growth
- Support business development through proposal creation, client presentations, and opportunity scoping.
- Drive revenue growth by cultivating long-term client relationships and identifying expansion opportunities.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years in management consulting, technology advisory, or digital transformation, with at least 3 years focused on AI or advanced analytics.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engagements with enterprise clients.
- Deep knowledge of AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, NLP, generative AI), and their practical applications.
- Understanding of AI governance, risk, and regulatory considerations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PhD is a plus.

- Industry specialization in healthcare, construction, land resources management, energy, or public sector.
