Key Responsibilities:

• Tackle high-impact challenges that enhance last-mile delivery efficiency, affordability, and sustainability—directly improving experiences for riders, end customers, and vendors across Saudi Arabia.
• Lead and scale high-performing teams by managing 3-6 engineering managers and overseeing an organization of 30+ engineers, fostering a culture of high performance, clarity, and alignment.
• Define and execute strategic vision by developing and implementing technical and team strategies that align with business objectives.
• Drive business impact through strong collaboration with Product and Operations leaders to ensure alignment on priorities, OKRs, and roadmaps.
• Promote a culture of transparency and growth through open communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience in product-led companies in a senior leadership engineering role.
• Expertise in leading high-performing engineering teams, preferably within KSA-based technology start-ups.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering scalable products.
• Background in building and managing complex systems.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Tenured people leader with experience leading senior staff, including staff & principal engineers and senior managers.
• Strong computer science fundamentals: algorithms, mathematics, and a basic understanding of data science and machine learning.
