Director of Information Security GRC

The company is seeking a Director of Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to lead and mature the global Information Security GRC capability of a leading luxury retail and distribution organisation. This role is an exceptional opportunity for someone passionate about cybersecurity strategy and executive leadership, reporting directly to the VP of Information Security.

In this influential role, you will spearhead the organisation's enterprise-wide GRC strategy, collaborating with Executive Leadership, Legal, Internal Audit, Procurement, HR, and Technology teams to enhance cyber resilience. You will drive strategic transformation across multiple countries, influencing key business decisions at the executive level.

Responsibilities:

• Build and transform enterprise Information Security GRC functions.
• Lead GRC programmes across large multinational organisations.
• Address and influence C-Level stakeholders and Boards with strong executive presence.
• Implement frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and manage internal and external audits, regulatory compliance, and third-party risk management.
