We are seeking a transformational leader and technical powerhouse to take on the role of Director of Infrastructure and Networks. This is a high-impact position responsible for architecting and driving the strategic vision, operational excellence, and innovation agenda for our global infrastructure ecosystem across a multi-cloud environment that includes AWS, Azure, GCP, and ideally Oracle OCI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive a modern infrastructure and network strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Act as the thought leader for enterprise infrastructure, assessing and advancing capabilities in cloud, networking, security, and observability.
- Architect and manage a secure and scalable hybrid cloud environment.
- Lead cloud migrations, integrations, and workload optimization.
- Design and execute disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Establish KPIs, SLAs, and uptime objectives for proactive monitoring.
- Manage vendor relationships, budget control, and procurement processes.
- Inspire and develop high-performing infrastructure and networks teams.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in infrastructure and network support, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Demonstrated expertise with observability tools (e.g., Datadog) and platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Salesforce).
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, cloud technologies, and security principles.
- Preferably ITIL certified or equivalent knowledge of service management best practices.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is an advantage.
