We are seeking a high-performance Director of Engineering to lead a group of Engineering managers at Mozn.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a group of Engineering managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Provide guidance, conduct performance reviews, and support career development for managers.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of our SaaS product, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create engineering objectives that align with business goals.
- Drive scalable architecture and design solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability of the SaaS product.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for coding, security, testing, and performance optimization.
- Stay updated with domain trends and technologies, driving innovation in the product’s tech stack.
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for engineering and technical work streams.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS from a top school in Computer Science or a related field.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in B2B SaaS software.
- Previous experience collaborating with Data Science teams preferred.
- Proven track record of managing and developing leaders within engineering teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing an organizational unit of several independent engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proven expertise in architecting and managing large-scale, complex distributed software systems.
