You will continuously assess vendor performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing scalable solutions to drive operational excellence. Your ability to leverage strong competitive insights will be critical in meeting vendor performance goals, allowing you to transform data-driven insights into actionable plans for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the co-creation of best practice vendor performance frameworks
- Develop and implement strategies for vendor onboarding, training, and performance enhancement
- Monitor vendor performance metrics, identifying areas for operational improvements
- Drive continuous improvements in vendor-facing products and internal tools
- Facilitate best practice sharing across different markets within talabat and Delivery Hero
- Influence cross-functional teams to align frameworks with business objectives
- Represent regional logistics with senior management to ensure alignment on strategic priorities
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Commercial (B2B) and Operations roles
- Strong collaboration with Product teams is highly favorable
- Excellent analytical skills and understanding of complex technical concepts
- Some team management experience (leading a team of approximately 7 members)
- High level of cross-functional collaboration and project management capabilities
- Proven thought leadership and innovation skills to enhance customer outcomes
- Strong senior stakeholder management and influence abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
