What You'll Be Doing:
- Define the required PMO model and implementation roadmap by assessing the client's needs and maturity.
- Establish the PMO vision, mandate, organizational structure, and operating model.
- Define project, programme, and portfolio governance requirements.
- Standardize project management methodologies, procedures, templates, and controls.
- Establish integrated planning, cost management, risk, change, reporting, and assurance processes.
- Provide executives with reliable performance information and early warnings.
- Establish a scalable PMO capable of supporting the organization’s current and future project portfolio.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- At least 20 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in infrastructure, master planning, and road design management.
- Proven experience working within or establishing a Project Management Office (PMO).
- Experience on projects in the Middle East preferred.
- Arabic speakers preferred as the role involves regular interaction with government stakeholders.
