Responsibilities
- Revenue Target and Wealth Maximization: Meet all assigned targets related to revenue and deposit growth, customer acquisition, cross sales, and new-to-bank account openings.
- Client Relationship Management & Acquisitions: Initiate, develop, and retain relationships with clients while actively contributing to the business development goals of the unit.
- Customer Service and Contact Management: Maintain customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores as per the targets set by the segment.
- Compliance & Risk: Stay fully informed of all policies related to operational risk, sales processes, and ethical sales practices.
- Business Unit Performance: Manage a team of Relationship Managers, providing direction to proactively address customers' needs.
Qualifications
- 8 - 10 years of banking experience, preferably in a sales or relationship management role.
- Proven experience in client management and overseeing large teams within the UAE or the region.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and segment needs.
