Director, Product Management (Pricing & Assurance)

About the role
The company's Transfer Solutions team in EEMEA is driving innovation and growth to address the demand for straightforward, secure international and domestic payments. The team is seeking a Director of Product Management (Pricing & Assurance) for the company's Move, intended to work collaboratively with large Financial Institutions, Fin Techs, Bureau De Changes/Exchange Houses, and Government Clearing Schemes. This role focuses on advancing the strategic and commercial objectives related to Cross Border Payments, which encompass Low Value B2B/Commercial Payments, P2P Remittances, and Purpose-based payments such as Bill Payments, Tuition Payments, Utility, and Social Security. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the cross-border payments landscape, including the dynamics of money movement between institutions and borders, the role of Correspondent and Bilateral Banking arrangements, and the evolution of SWIFT standards.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Sales teams and Account Managers to deliver optimal commercial value to customers while safeguarding the company's long-term financial interests.
• Collaborate directly with customers to construct the right value story and financial model, ensuring optimal Value Proposition for clients and their customers.
• Prepare and facilitate complex business cases at the customer, deal, and portfolio levels, ensuring appropriate investments and financial prioritizations based on merit.
• Own the budgeting and forecasting cycle for the business; partner with Finance colleagues upstream and Sales colleagues downstream to project and achieve business numbers.
• Track business driver and enabler metrics on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis with cross-functional teams to assess delivery timelines, growth rates, etc.
• Prepare executive presentations detailing business direction; facilitate Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews with senior leaders and strategic clients.
• Act as the Project Management Office (PMO) for key internal work streams influencing revenue realization, such as network health, FX constructs, and deal incentive structures.

All About You
The ideal candidate will:

• Have a solid understanding of cross-border payments and the factors influencing the commercial success of the product and the broader business.
• Be knowledgeable about financial and reporting principles related to key metrics affecting business development.
• Demonstrate the ability to work within a highly matrixed organization and influence outcomes through reasoning rather than authority.
• Possess strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, which will constitute about 70% of the workload.
• Be an effective communicator and capable of independently leading client-facing discussions.
• Previous experience in a pricing role within the industry is advantageous; candidates with Product FP&A backgrounds may also be suitable.
