Director, Professional Services

The company is seeking a Director of Professional Services for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. The position will report to the Global Vice President of Professional Services. Key responsibilities include:

• Team and Project Management: Lead a professional services team, manage project execution from initiation to completion, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
• Strategic Planning and Development: Develop and implement service strategies, improve operational processes, and align services with client needs and market trends.
• Resource and Budget Management: Oversee budgets, allocate resources effectively, and collaborate across departments to meet demand.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with regional managers, practice leaders, sales, product, marketing, and finance teams to support the company's overall strategy.

What You'll Need:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field is typically required; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 15+ years in professional services, consulting, or a similar leadership role; experience in deploying software within the oil and gas or chemicals industry is required.
• Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate and build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Problem-solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills focused on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Travel Requirements: You may be required to travel up to 30% of the time within the region to support business functions and perform client visits.
