Director, Risk Solutions Middle East/ India

About the Role
The company is seeking a Director, Risk Solutions for our Dubai location. This role will enhance our sales team and allow you to act as a Client Advocate, creating tailored solutions for clients while building trusted partnerships. You will promote customer growth and retention by leveraging the company's experts as needed.

What You Will Work On

• Directly contact target customers or collaborate with business partners in security, medical, insurance, insurance-related services, and travel services.
• Develop strategic plans for selecting target customers and lead the deal process from initiation to conclusion with clear short and medium-term goals.
• Establish productive partnerships that serve as force multipliers for pipeline generation.
• Build trusting relationships with decision-makers in target customer companies.
• Collaborate with analysts, crisis consultants, and operations center colleagues to understand customer needs, develop solutions, and support customer acquisition.
• Maintain customer information in the CRM application.
• Communicate with customers through excellent consultative methods, presentations, and interpersonal contacts.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer benefits related to our solution offerings.
• Keep informed about the company's corporate strategies, products, solutions, and service offerings.

What You Will Bring

• 10+ years of successful experience in business development, account management, or customer service, along with a Bachelor's degree in political science, business, medical, or technical field.
• Industry experience in security, medical aid, risk management, or corporate resilience is preferred.
• Proven experience in delivering customer-centric solutions and engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Previous experience establishing referral/reseller partnerships with companies to enhance lead generation, especially in regions without a sales presence.
• Capability to manage acquired customer accounts and maintain ongoing relationships for retention and upselling.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi skills are essential for professional interaction with customers and the international team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
• Strong strategic thinking, persuasive presentation skills, negotiation abilities, and problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks while attending to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills, interpersonal capabilities, and customer engagement.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to recognize and develop opportunities, eager for personal development.
• Willingness to work at least two days a week on-site and travel occasionally, including internationally.
