Your Role and Responsibilities
- Solution Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the long-term SAP solution roadmap, aligning it with overall enterprise architecture and business objectives.
- Architecture Design & Governance: Lead the end-to-end architectural design for complex SAP implementations, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose, scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Expert Advisory & Consulting: Act as the primary SAP subject matter expert and trusted advisor to C-level executives, business leaders, and project teams.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to multiple project teams, solution architects, and developers.
- Risk Management & Quality Assurance: Identify and mitigate architectural risks, technical debt, and potential scalability issues.
- Strategic Business Development: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for SAP solutions and develop compelling value propositions for the full SAP solution portfolio.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Execution: Design and implement end-to-end GTM strategies for new and existing SAP solutions.
Requirements
- 18+ years of extensive experience in SAP implementations, focusing on solution architecture and design.
- 10+ years in a lead architect or principal architect role across multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Proven track record of designing complex solutions involving various SAP modules and integration points.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) components and SAP integration technologies.
- Experience with cloud deployments of SAP and understanding of data migration strategies.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
Certifications & Methodologies
- Relevant SAP architectural certifications.
- Enterprise Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and SAP Activate methodologies.

Travel Requirement
