Director, Solution Architect

The company is seeking a Director, Solution Architect to lead the Customer Solutions Center. This new structure will enhance the company's ability to create better solutions and bundles for prioritized customer segments, aiming to drive business growth through data-driven, scalable needs-based solutions. The role entails being a key partner in the solutioning process, working closely with frontline teams to maximize the impact of solutions for clients.

The Director, Solution Architect will be responsible for:

• Serving as the capabilities expert for assigned segments and understanding the value chain to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborating with frontline teams to identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Leading complex solution development, working from pitch to closure, including collaborating with internal stakeholders and creating business requirements documents.
• Innovating solutions to address market needs by combining the company’s products and services effectively.

The position requires deep knowledge of product development, consumer experience, and an ability to analyze data for strategic recommendations. The Solution Architect will significantly contribute to enhancing customer relationships and increasing market share and revenue.
