The Customer Solutions Center is a new structure designed to empower the company in developing improved solutions and bundles for prioritized customer segments across various markets. It represents the hub for all the company's capabilities in a given geography, aiming to enhance business growth by creating and delivering compelling, data-driven, scalable needs-based solutions for both new and existing customers. The Solution Architect serves as the primary partner to the frontline team throughout the solutioning process, maximizing the impact of solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

MA capabilities expert for assigned segment
- Understands the value chain of assigned segments to identify trends, needs, and opportunities for the company.
- Possesses a good understanding of the company's Products, Services, and corporate strategy.
- Collaborates with frontline teams to identify customer needs and opportunities through account planning; recommends needs-based solutions in coordination with Products, Services, and Marketing.
- Bridges the gap between frontline sales teams and product/solution expertise.

Lead complex value proposition and solution development and help drive sale from pitch to closure:
- Engaged by the Customer Solutions Center Lead when a solution is complex or requires customization.
- Works with the Customer Solutions Center Lead to identify the right resources for client opportunities/RFPs.
- Partners with Account Managers and Business Directors to develop and quantify value propositions for integrated, customized solutions across products/services.
- Iterates with frontline teams at various stages (e.g., value proposition creation, proposal development) to ensure solutions meet client-specific needs.
- Develops business requirements documents in collaboration with product specialists and technical architects.
- Engages relevant expertise (from Sales Specialists and Solution Specialists) within the Customer Solutions Center and across other segments as needed.

Market/segment innovation
- Creates proactive solutions addressing known market needs by knitting together assets in bundles that can be deployed to solve customer pain points.
- Identifies external partners (e.g., fintechs) when internal capabilities are lacking for solutioning.
- Replicates successful solutions and sales approaches.

Knowledge, insights, and best practice sharing:
- Shares best practices within the Solution Architect community.
- Provides feedback to product/solution groups and segment leads to enhance product/solution and segment strategy to better meet segment needs.
All About You / Key Requirements
- Deep understanding, experience, and discipline in product development, product management, consumer experience, and problem-solving.
- Good understanding of the company's products and services.
- Good grasp of technical basics, APIs, and process flows, with the ability to comprehend business, market context, and customer needs to drive integrated and innovative solutions.
- Capable of architecting integrated solutions by combining the company's products and services in alignment with customer strategic needs.
- Highly collaborative; strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and deliver products and solutions addressing customer needs.
- Ability to gain support from internal stakeholders to build organizational backing for proposed solutions.
- Proven ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, deriving meaningful implications and recommendations.
