Director, Solution Consulting KSA

The Director, Solution Consulting for Retail, CPG, and Sport will lead a motivated team of skilled resources to support the sales process and help customers realize the value of ServiceNow solutions. They will drive innovation cycles within the partner ecosystem to facilitate both vertical and horizontal value-based solutions. Key responsibilities include leading a team of pre-sales Solution Consultants to deliver business strategy and thought leadership for ServiceNow, developing team members based on business demands and their individual professional goals, maintaining a recruiting pipeline for future business needs, assigning resources to solution development opportunities and evaluating progress against goals, and overseeing day-to-day activities including resource scheduling conflicts, expense approval, and activity reporting.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have experience with integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving, 5+ years of experience in leading pre-sales or professional services teams, or leading functional teams within the retail industry, strong coaching, mentoring, and managing skills for senior-level professionals, ability to collaborate and interact with various levels internally and externally, and proficiency in managing resources and achieving corporate outcomes in a dynamic environment. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
