Key Responsibilities:

  • As the Head of Solutions Delivery for KSA, Bahrain, and Oman, you will report to the GCC Head of Solutions Delivery. Your primary objective will be driving product sales and deployment across these regions, aiming to generate card fees, benefit resale, and other revenues by promoting affluent card issuance and retention.
  • Customize value propositions across different segments to position the company as the preferred network partner by issuers and the brand of choice for consumers.
  • Contribute critically to the development of the product function and the overall business. You will oversee the Solutions Delivery team in the KSA, Bahrain, and Oman cluster.
  • Generate thought leadership around consumer products, working closely with markets, key issuers, existing and potential clients, and partners. Your focus will be on driving acquisition, increasing profitable usage, and boosting payment volume and revenue.
  • Develop consumer segmentation strategies, optimize portfolios, track performance, diversify channels, promote digital solutions and innovations, and enhance cross-border and e-commerce volume.
  • Leverage your product management experience combined with client awareness to boost customer engagement with their accounts.
  • Demonstrate effective collaboration across matrixed organizations.
  • Focus on people development, aiming to reinforce the company as an Employer of Choice by fostering a culture that supports personal and professional development.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 8 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or at least 3 years with a PhD.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing business development strategies in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Background in payments, transaction banking, financial advisory, or SaaS, including product sales and/or client-facing roles.
  • Expertise in cross-border account payments and payment networks.
  • Experience in developing domestic or cross-border payment flows in growing markets.
  • Proficient in stakeholder education and training delivery.
  • Familiarity with mobile, API, and service-oriented architecture.
  • Experience in business development, sales, and deal structuring.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Experience managing large technology project deliveries with direct oversight.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8-10 years with an Advanced Degree, or 6+ years with a PhD.
  • Experience in the payments and/or financial services industry, particularly in AI, cross-border money movement, card networks, and account-to-account payments.
  • Experience in planning, managing, and closing complex commercial deals from negotiation to delivery.
  • Ability to build executive-level communications and deliver presentations.
  • Experience in implementing strategic initiatives, policies, and operational decisions.
  • Capability to explain complex business and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in complex and ambiguous environments, influencing senior management.
