We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to drive the sales of loyalty platforms and solutions, as well as card benefits. This role demands outstanding business development skills and a solid understanding of technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both sales and technical environments, capable of managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders. You will be instrumental in expanding our customer base, fostering relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of loyalty and benefits solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales efforts for loyalty platforms and solutions, aiming to exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries, including issuers and merchants, to promote our loyalty products.
  • Understand and articulate the technical aspects of our offerings to clients, guiding them through implementations and customer journey strategies.
  • Manage complex environments involving multiple stakeholders to ensure effective sales processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, identifying business needs and providing tailored loyalty solutions.
  • Simplify technical details for non-technical stakeholders to clearly communicate the platform’s value.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Efficiently manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

Key Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in selling technology solutions, ideally in loyalty programs across Financial Services, Digital, Retail, Consumer, and B2B sectors.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in business development within the MEA region, with an established network.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential, with excellent communication and presentation skills in both languages.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty platforms, digital technologies, marketing services, and implementation processes.
  • Ability to navigate a multi-stakeholder environment, managing expectations from clients and internal teams.
  • Background in consulting or technology is preferred, especially related to customer-facing solutions in financial services. Banking experience is a plus.
