The primary goal of the Director, Strategy and Performance Management function is to provide thought leadership and ensure the successful execution of the goals and objectives of CNPF in the market. This role requires a consultative approach to help the business achieve its objectives, including gathering and analyzing information, formulating hypotheses, developing recommendations, and keeping track of KPIs and external drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic projects for the CNPF Organization, designing and executing data-driven solutions.
- Build strong business partnerships with leaders in various divisions and support project demands for the CNPF EVP and broader leadership team.
- Contribute to the strategic planning process and monitor progress against the strategic plan.
- Assess key market economic landscapes and their impact on the company’s business objectives.
- Develop and enhance monitoring dashboards to track key financial and market metrics.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in consulting, strategy, and project execution with strong analytics capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey strategic vision and influence stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and building relationships across organizations.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and coding (Alteryx, Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- A customer-focused, team-oriented, and solution-driven approach.
