Position

As the Red Team & Offensive Security Leader, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the offensive security strategy, service offerings, and client delivery across the region. You will lead high-profile engagements, establish trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders, and develop a world-class red team practice. In this role, you will combine executive leadership, business development, and technical oversight to position the company as the market leader in adversarial simulation and offensive security consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and growth plan for the Red Team and Offensive Security practice.
  • Lead high-impact client engagements including red team, purple team, adversarial simulation, and advanced penetration testing.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and board-level executives, translating complex offensive security risks into business-relevant strategies.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, build long-term client relationships, and drive significant business growth.
  • Oversee technical excellence in delivery, including adversary tradecraft and compliance with regulatory frameworks and global best practices.
  • Represent the company as a thought leader at conferences and industry forums.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing team of offensive security professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional practices to deliver integrated cyber resilience solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 12–15+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, focusing on offensive security and red teaming.
  • Proven track record in building and leading regional or global offensive security initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale adversary simulation programs for key sectors.
  • Strong technical foundation with exposure to advanced offensive tradecraft.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Recognized certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, OSEP, OSEE, GXPN, CRTO, SANS GWAPT, GPEN.
