As a Director within the Technology Consulting team, you will help shape and grow our market presence, build trusted C-suite relationships, and lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes. You will connect sector insights with our regional and global capabilities to originate opportunities, mobilize high-performing teams, and deliver measurable, sustainable outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of technology-enabled transformation agendas for Mining & Metals and other asset-intensive clients.
- Act as a trusted adviser to CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and business leadership teams.
- Originate, shape, and convert major opportunities through account planning, executive relationship development, proposal leadership, and commercial negotiation.
- Oversee delivery of large, complex programmes from strategy through to implementation.
- Build and lead senior consulting teams, mentor future leaders, and contribute to practice capability, offerings, and thought leadership.
- Provide visible market leadership through senior client forums and industry relationships.

- Mining & Metals operations and operational transformation.
- Technology strategy and digital transformation.
- Data, analytics, and AI-enabled decision-making.
- Asset management and intelligent asset solutions.
- Large-scale technology programme delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in technology consulting or large-scale transformation roles.
- Deep experience in Mining & Metals is preferred; experience in other heavy industries is also considered.
- Strong understanding of mining operations and digital environments.
- Proven business development and account leadership experience.
- Credible with operational and technology stakeholders.

- Strong commercial acumen, including opportunity qualification and negotiation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
- Extensive leadership experience within a consulting firm or major asset-intensive enterprise.
- Demonstrated experience in the Saudi Arabia and/or GCC market is strongly preferred.
- Professional proficiency in English is required; Arabic language capability is advantageous.
