The opportunity seeks a senior technology consulting leader with extensive experience in Mining & Metals, preferably within Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Candidates from other asset-intensive industries such as Energy, Chemicals, Utilities, and Manufacturing with relevant technology transformation experience will also be considered. The successful candidate will integrate strong industry expertise with deep technology consulting skills, advising executive stakeholders on large-scale transformation programs.
As an Executive Director/Partner within the company Technology Consulting, you will shape and grow the market presence, build trusted C-suite relationships, and lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programs. Your role will involve connecting sector insight with the company's regional and global capabilities to generate opportunities, mobilize high-performing teams, and deliver measurable outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technology-enabled transformation agendas for Mining & Metals and other asset-intensive clients across the GCC.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and business leadership teams, translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps.
- Originate and shape major opportunities through account planning and executive relationship development.
- Oversee the delivery of large programs from strategy through implementation, focusing on quality and client satisfaction.
- Build and lead senior consulting teams, mentor future leaders, and contribute to capability development.
- Collaborate with the company's global network to provide the right expertise for each engagement.
- Provide market leadership through senior client forums and industry relationships.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in technology consulting or industry technology leadership.
- Deep experience in Mining & Metals; heavy industries experience is also acceptable.
- Strong understanding of mining operations and digital environments.
- Ability to lead technology transformations from strategy to implementation.
- Established relationships with GCC CIOs and business leaders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
- Relevant consulting leadership experience or experience in an asset-intensive enterprise.
- Demonstrated experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC market is strongly preferred.
- Professional proficiency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is advantageous.
