Director Technology Transformation and Architecture

The Director of Technology Transformation and Architecture at Group Technology leads the development of the group's transformation roadmap and manages the Enterprise Architecture landscape. They drive tech solutions, lead a team of architects and strategists, and pioneer GEN-AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide a holistic view of the business and I&T environment, develop a roadmap to enhance digital maturity, and formulate strategies to drive the organization's digital business.
• Establish the Enterprise and Business architecture practice, improve alignment and agility, and manage the Enterprise Architecture activities for efficient business and IT operations.
• Stay aware of I&T trends, identify innovation opportunities, and promote the business value of EA as a strategy enabler and technology innovation driver.

Requirements

• 15 or more years of business experience in IT transformation, architecture, or technology leadership.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
• Certified in Architecture Frameworks; TOGAF, FEAF, DOD, Zachman.

Technical Skills

• Deep knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT, and predictive analytics.
• Deep understanding of information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks.
