The Director - Web and Social Platforms at the company will lead the strategy, development, and management of the company’s web presence and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive web and social media strategies that support corporate marketing and business objectives.
• Manage the design, content, and functionality of the company’s websites and social channels ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Oversee the planning and implementation of social media campaigns to boost brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, IT, and external agencies, to align digital efforts and maintain brand consistency.
• Leverage analytics tools to monitor platform performance, user engagement, and campaign effectiveness; providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or social media leadership roles.
• Proven success in managing large-scale web platforms and social media channels for high-profile brands.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, SEO, SEM, and social media analytics tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing agency partners.
