The incumbent will drive the development and execution of the annual assurance plan, collaborate with key stakeholders, and provide expert guidance on digital transformation, cloud strategy, and emerging technologies. The role aims to identify and mitigate risks while fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance the organization’s assurance in AI and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of an annual risk-based audit plan, covering various domains to protect e& group and ensure adherence to regulation and business standards.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining a robust assurance framework across respective domains encompassing strategy, risk management, annual plan, and performance management.
- Plan and execute comprehensive assurance activities, including risk-based internal audits and compliance audits for digital applications and emerging technologies.
- Integrate automated assurance processes and leverage advanced technologies, including AI and data analytics, to enhance audit execution effectiveness.
- Oversee internal audit reports ensuring findings are actionable and align with stakeholders, adding value to processes and supporting executive management.
- Encourage innovative thinking to drive process improvements within the audit framework.
- Continuously monitor emerging risks and challenges in digital environments, ensuring adaptability of the assurance program.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Telecom Engineering or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CISA.
- 12+ years of audit experience in technology or digital services, with a minimum of 6 years in a leadership role managing audit teams and projects.
