About the Role
The Discipline Project Engineer will manage and coordinate discipline engineering activities throughout all project phases. This role involves reviewing engineering deliverables, drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements, the company's standards, and industry best practices. The engineer will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, vendors, and client representatives while supporting procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities. Additionally, this position requires identifying and resolving technical issues to ensure safe and successful project execution and monitoring progress to support project schedule, quality, and cost objectives.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate discipline engineering activities throughout all project phases.
- Review engineering deliverables, drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, the company's standards, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
- Support procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe and successful project execution.
- Monitor progress and support project schedule, quality, and cost objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil/Structural, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Mandatory project experience with the company.
- Experience in EPC and/or PMC projects.
- Strong knowledge of the company's standards and applicable international codes.
- Demonstrated experience in engineering, construction, commissioning, and startup support.
- Relevant discipline experience in:
- Mechanical: Rotating and static equipment, utilities, and mechanical systems.
- Electrical: Power distribution systems, substations, transformers, motors, and UPS systems.
- Civil/Structural: Foundations, structural steel, buildings, roads, and infrastructure works.
- Piping: Piping design, layouts, stress analysis, material selection, and pipeline systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in refineries, gas plants, GOSPs, pipelines, tank farms, and infrastructure projects is preferred.
