Distinguished, Technical Architect

About the Job:

We are seeking a Distinguished/Principal Technical Architect to become a trusted technical authority with our most strategic Middle East customers as they navigate cloud adoption, CRM-led transformation, and AI-driven customer engagement through Agentforce and Data Cloud.

Your Impact — Responsibilities:

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor to stakeholders such as CIOs and Chief Data Officers in their CRM and AI/data strategy on the company.
• Lead architectural and technical discovery, focusing on Agentforce and Data Cloud within the context of customer experience landscapes.
• Present the company platform capabilities at an executive technical level.
• Conduct architecture workshops and technical due diligence with an emphasis on AI/data maturity assessments.
• Own Deal Support Requests (DSRs) and support the sales team in RFPs.
• Mentor Solution Engineers and junior architects on CRM and AI/data architecture concepts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 13+ years in software, systems, or enterprise architecture; demonstrated shift towards Data & AI is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and data architecture fundamentals.
• Proven ability to earn trust with C-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Arabic fluency strongly preferred; English fluency is required.
• Experience with major CRM/AI ecosystems (the company, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with GenAI vendors and integration with enterprise data is advantageous.
• Understanding of data security, compliance, and privacy regulations relevant to the region.
