Your Impact — Responsibilities:
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor to stakeholders such as CIOs and Chief Data Officers in their CRM and AI/data strategy on the company.
- Lead architectural and technical discovery, focusing on Agentforce and Data Cloud within the context of customer experience landscapes.
- Present the company platform capabilities at an executive technical level.
- Conduct architecture workshops and technical due diligence with an emphasis on AI/data maturity assessments.
- Own Deal Support Requests (DSRs) and support the sales team in RFPs.
- Mentor Solution Engineers and junior architects on CRM and AI/data architecture concepts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 13+ years in software, systems, or enterprise architecture; demonstrated shift towards Data & AI is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and data architecture fundamentals.
- Proven ability to earn trust with C-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Arabic fluency strongly preferred; English fluency is required.
- Experience with major CRM/AI ecosystems (the company, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with GenAI vendors and integration with enterprise data is advantageous.
- Understanding of data security, compliance, and privacy regulations relevant to the region.
