We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Diversified Campaign Operation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building and optimizing diversified campaign strategies for agency partners and creators across overseas live streaming markets. You will play a key role in identifying content trends, improving live campaign quality, scaling successful campaign frameworks, and enabling agencies to strengthen their live streaming capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who understands the live streaming ecosystem, has strong content strategy instincts, and is passionate about driving growth through localized, data-informed content operations.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall planning and coordination of LIVE revenue-generating campaigns, coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure smooth implementation and achievement of campaign objectives.
- Conduct a post-mortem on the campaign results to identify gaps and continuously optimize the campaign plan.
- Continuously explore new campaign mechanics and models, and iterate on the design and operational logic of campaign mechanics.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of operations experience; relevant campaign operations experience is required, and experience in game industry operations or campaign planning is a plus.
- Able to grasp user psychology and dig deep into the underlying logic of campaign planning; have proven insights and methodological accumulation in operational campaign planning and operational promotion.
- Strong data analysis skills and sound logical thinking ability, excellent communication skills, as well as capabilities in project management, project advancement, and decision-making.
