Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable web applications using Django and Python
- Write robust, effective, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Optimize application performance, security, and database interactions
- Implement and maintain data storage solutions using Django ORM
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in Django development
- Debug programs and resolve production support issues
- Create and execute unit tests to verify functionality and stability of applications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Django Developer
- Strong proficiency in Python and the Django framework
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Solid understanding of databases, ORM, and RESTful API development
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
- Knowledge of Django's security features and data protection practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with event-driven programming in Python
