The Domain Architect for Consulting will lead the design, development, and management of HR & Finance processes and their integration with enterprise platforms. This role involves partnering with HR and Finance leaders to develop a solid roadmap and architecture strategy for HR and Finance systems, prioritizing business demands, and ensuring alignment with business goals while driving innovation, scalability, and security in these environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture for HR systems and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Finance Architecture: Maintain the architecture for financial systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and integration of financial data with other enterprise systems.
  • Technology Strategy and Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, develop technology roadmaps, and foster a culture of innovation within the organization.
  • Governance and Standards: Establish and enforce architectural standards, monitor performance, and ensure compliance across all digital initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key advisor to senior executives, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and represent the domain architecture function in cross-functional teams.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Long-term strategic thinking with proven leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR & Finance architecture frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to leverage new technologies to drive business value.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR & Finance architecture roles, with a focus on technology integration and strategic alignment.
  • 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in HR & Finance architecture.
  • Experience in the UAE and understanding of local regulations and business culture is advantageous.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale projects in multicultural teams, ideally in the construction industry or related sectors within the UAE or the Middle East.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English and knowledge of Arabic would be advantageous.
