We are looking for a Domain Architect to lead the design, development, and management of HR & Finance processes while integrating these systems with enterprise platforms. The role involves collaborating with HR and Finance leaders to develop a comprehensive roadmap and architecture strategy for HR & Finance systems. You will manage and prioritize business demands to ensure alignment with business goals and drive innovation, scalability, and security within these environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Architecture: Design the architecture for HR systems and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Finance Architecture: Maintain architecture for financial systems, ensuring compliance and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Technology Strategy and Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance HR and Finance systems and develop technology roadmaps.
  • Governance and Standards: Establish architectural standards and ensure adherence to guidelines and best practices.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as an advisor to senior executives on domain architecture and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong ability to translate business goals into effective technology architectural designs.
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR & Finance architecture frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay updated with industry trends and leverage technologies for business value.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years in HR & Finance architecture roles, with 10+ years in IT and 5+ years specifically in HR & Finance architecture.
  • Experience in the UAE is advantageous, with knowledge of local regulations and business culture.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects within multicultural teams.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry or related sectors in the UAE/Middle East is preferred.
