Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.
- Collaborating with the assigned Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesperson to understand the client’s well construction or production objectives.
- Designing well profiles and performing applications engineering tasks, including risk mitigation and contingency plans that meet client objectives, maximize revenue potential, and ensure future job assignments.
- Addressing Field Incidents related to products/services and participating in Incident Investigations as required, ensuring a comprehensive end-to-end process.
- Providing sales support and product application recommendations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field.
- 7+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- A minimum of 3 years of application engineering experience within well construction.
- Previous experience with the company as an application engineer in well construction.
- The ability to manage, develop, coach, and mentor teams across organizational boundaries.
- Availability to be on call outside of normal business hours.
- A thorough understanding of P/L and technical job planning requirements.
- An ability to travel, which typically includes visits to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, etc.
