Key Responsibilities:
- Review recorded data to ensure accuracy and compliance with required formats.
- Perform assurance checks on recorded data to validate the representation of incident occurrences.
- Prepare ad hoc safety performance and trend analysis reports as required by the Incident and Risk Manager and other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues with the dSMS database system.
- Assist with team administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Degree of Honours (12+3 or equivalent) and 4-6 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a safety-related context.
