dSMS Administrator

dnata Airport Operations manages extensive ground handling operations at Dubai International Airport, servicing over 80 million passengers and 140 scheduled airlines annually. As a dSMS Administrator, you will provide executive administrative support to the Incident and Risk Manager and other designated personnel. Your role will involve technical and administrative support for various functions within dnata Safety, including promotion and training activities, as well as research and data collation in line with the dnata Safety Management System (dSMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review recorded data to ensure accuracy and compliance with required formats.
• Perform assurance checks on recorded data to validate the representation of incident occurrences.
• Prepare ad hoc safety performance and trend analysis reports as required by the Incident and Risk Manager and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues with the dSMS database system.
• Assist with team administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Degree of Honours (12+3 or equivalent) and 4-6 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a safety-related context.
• Proficient numerical skills.
• Basic data collection and analysis skills.
• Basic writing and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge in Business Excellence model environments.
