Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor regional D&T teams, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive environment.
- Act as the primary liaison for regional business stakeholders and translate their requirements into actionable technology solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic technology platforms and systems tailored to the region, ensuring consistency with global teams.
- Manage complex projects, applying best practices in project management to ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-friendly delivery.
- Drive integration initiatives with external partners to enhance operational workflows and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with digital security protocols and data privacy regulations.
- Analyze performance data to identify inefficiencies and champion continuous improvement.
- Manage regional D&T budgets and expenditures, identifying cost optimization opportunities.
- Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative approaches positively affecting the company's leadership in Digital and Technology.
- Produce detailed reports to communicate progress and challenges with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Extensive leadership experience in Information Technology, preferably in multinational or cross-cultural settings.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex IT projects, managing diverse teams, and driving projects to completion.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to various audiences.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing budgets and financial planning within a technology function.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT security frameworks and data privacy regulations.
- Comfortable operating in a matrix organizational structure and influencing across various stakeholder groups.
- Proven track record of leading high-achieving teams through coaching and mentoring.
