Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating digital initiatives such as smart factory systems, MES/ERP upgrades, and automation tools.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare regular progress reports for internal stakeholders.
- Communicate with IT, production, engineering, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, meeting notes, and change logs.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in project coordination or management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with digital initiatives such as smart factory systems, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP upgrades, and automation tools.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of MES/ERP systems and industrial automation technologies. Proficiency in project management tools and documentation practices.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with production and engineering teams, as well as external vendors.
- Ability to prepare clear progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
