DT Project Management Associate Specialist

Location: Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: Full-time

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating digital initiatives such as smart factory systems, MES/ERP upgrades, and automation tools.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare regular progress reports for internal stakeholders.
• Communicate with IT, production, engineering, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, meeting notes, and change logs.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in project coordination or management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with digital initiatives such as smart factory systems, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP upgrades, and automation tools.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of MES/ERP systems and industrial automation technologies. Proficiency in project management tools and documentation practices.
• Good communication skills for collaboration with production and engineering teams, as well as external vendors.
• Ability to prepare clear progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
