Responsibilities
- Engage with a wide array of Human Capital initiatives focused on enhancing employee experiences and fostering talent development.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand and support their human capital needs.
- Assist in the design and implementation of programs related to learning and development, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Support the management of employee relations and assist in the creation of compensation and benefits strategies.
- Contribute to the overall human capital strategy in alignment with industry best practices.
- Help foster an inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes equal opportunity.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Human Capital or Human Resources roles.
- Passion for enhancing the employee journey and developing an engaged workforce.
- Proven track record in areas such as talent acquisition, learning and development, or employee relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and partnering with various stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to embrace change and innovation.
