Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and control the preventive maintenance schedule
- Be responsible for the health and safety of the property
- Follow the preventive maintenance chart strictly and maintain records for future reference
- Coordinate with other department counterparts to ensure their satisfaction on quality and progress
- Create departmental training programs among engineering employees and create opportunities to multitask
- Distribute work to subordinates according to their capabilities to achieve the best results to specified standards
Education and Qualifications
- Degree in mechanical engineering
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proven knowledge in the operation and maintenance of equipment
- Good command of English and ability to find fault and rectify subsystems are essential
