About the Job: As a Dynamic CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform to support various business processes and functions. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into CRM solutions.
- Customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and forms.
- Integrating Dynamics CRM with other business systems and applications using APIs and web services.
- Performing data migration and ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting CRM system issues, providing technical support as needed.
- Keeping abreast of new CRM features and technologies and incorporating them into solutions to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Documenting CRM development processes, configurations, and customizations.

Requirements:
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
- Proficient in Microsoft .NET, C#, JavaScript, Remedy, and HTML.
- Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and database principles.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of Remedy and integration with CRM is a plus.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM are highly desirable.
