Dynamics 365 CRM

The company is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM professional to develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications. The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining plugins, custom workflow activities, custom actions, and JavaScript. The role involves configuring entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles, as well as developing integrations using Web API, REST services, WCF services, Azure services, and third-party applications.

You will also perform solution deployment and migration across environments, troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues, participate in code reviews, and follow development best practices. Additionally, you are expected to prepare technical documentation and deployment guides while supporting production environments and conducting root cause analysis.
