About Role:
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant to join our enterprise team in Abu Dhabi. You will own the technical side of D365 F&O implementations end to end validating business requirements and solution designs (CRP), reviewing customizations, building integrations, running UAT, and supporting go-live and beyond. Beyond core ERP, you will extend the platform with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI designing governed AI agents and automations that plug into Dynamics 365 F&O and enterprise data while training users and presenting solutions to both technical and business audiences, including solution-architecture forums.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Technical Consultant.
• Experience with implementing, customizing, and providing training for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Validate technical designs & functional solutions proposed, enhancements, and integrations with other business applications / Products.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, and work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
• Professional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations are a plus.
• Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot and Azure AI Studio using best practices and standards. Should act as a subject matter expert for the Power Platform suite.
• Architectural Design: Contribute and develop Solution architecture for all new requirements and should be able to present to SAF forum for approvals. Possess experience in overall architecture practices followed and recommended by Microsoft.
• Standards and Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for Power Platform development.
• Integration: Design and implement integrations with various data sources and systems, including SharePoint, SQL Server, and other third-party applications. Should have knowledge and experience of working with APIs (Must needed).
• Production Rollout and Support: Experience promoting applications and solutions across environments using established deployment practices, and supporting production issues.
• Good understanding of underlying Microsoft technologies such as Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Dataverse, and Azure
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio for designing, testing, publishing, and monitoring enterprise AI agents and agent-driven business processes.
• Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts and secure integration of AI agents with approved enterprise tools, APIs, Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365 F&O, and external data sources.
• Experience with Power Platform administration, including environment strategy, security roles, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, connector governance, capacity monitoring, solution management, and tenant/environment settings.
• Knowledge of AI Builder, generative AI prompts, grounding, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt design, and responsible AI practices.
• Awareness of Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, managed identities or service principals, least-privilege access, auditability, and secure authentication for AI and integration solutions.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), managed solutions, source control, automated pipelines, and controlled Dev-Test-UAT-Production deployment for Power Platform and Copilot solutions.

Responsibility

• Reviewing proposed ERP Dynamics 365 F&O solution, process, and customizations.
• Participate in implementation of the devised processes and validate the proposed efforts.
• Participate and Validate Business requirements, Solution design & CRP.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and all kinds of testing and validation.
• Validate gap analysis between a client's requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and propose by the implementation partner.
• Collaborate with vendors/other team members and validate provided workarounds and Solution Design and Configurations.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement during the implementation.
• Ability to provide day-to-day operational support to business users for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Validate the business Impact Analysis Solution Design and Configuration
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Microsoft Dynamics solutions with other systems and products.
• Conduct user training sessions to familiarize users with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and ensure effective adoption.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and address user queries to ensure optimal system usage and user satisfaction.
• Identify suitable AI and automation use cases across Finance and Operations processes, with clear business value, human oversight, security, and measurable outcomes.
• Design and develop Copilot Studio agents, AI-enabled Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and reusable prompts that integrate appropriately with Dynamics 365 F&O and enterprise services.
• Evaluate and implement MCP-based integrations or governed custom connectors where appropriate, ensuring authentication, authorisation, data minimisation, logging, and error handling.
• Administer and govern Power Platform environments, connectors, DLP policies, security roles, solution deployments, capacity, and operational monitoring in coordination with platform administrators.
• Establish testing and quality controls for AI solutions, including groundedness, response accuracy, safety, fallback behaviour, telemetry, user acceptance, and controlled production rollout.
• Maintain technical documentation for AI agents, prompts, knowledge sources, integrations, data access, deployment dependencies, support procedures, and known limitations.
• Promote responsible AI adoption by applying fairness, reliability, privacy, security, inclusiveness, transparency, and accountability principles.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field.
