We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Administrator to manage, govern, secure, and optimize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure integrations across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
- Manage security roles, users, licensing, capacity, environments, and access controls.
- Establish Power Platform governance, including DLP policies, environment strategy, and CoE Starter Kit.
- Manage ALM and DevOps, including Azure DevOps, source control, solution management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment deployments.
- Monitor platform health, performance, integrations, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
- Manage integrations using Dataverse APIs, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and custom connectors.
- Support data migration, imports/exports, backup/restore, auditing, and data protection.
- Apply Microsoft release updates and coordinate testing and deployments.
- Support OSS/ITSM integrations with platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, and monitoring/CMDB tools.
- Develop operational automation, Power BI dashboards, and integration workflows.
- Troubleshoot incidents and deployment issues and coordinate with Microsoft or third-party support.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, governance standards, and audit evidence.
- Ensure compliance with UAE/Dubai Government, healthcare, security, and data protection requirements.
- Guide and train citizen developers and business users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–7+ years of enterprise Dynamics 365 and Power Platform administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Platform governance.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, ALM, CI/CD, Power Platform CLI/Build Tools, and solution management.
- Strong understanding of APIs, OAuth 2.0, JSON, custom connectors, and Azure integration services.
- Knowledge of C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerShell, Dataverse Web API, FetchXML, and XrmToolBox is an advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure.
- Healthcare or government experience preferred.
