Dynamics CRM Architect

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics Solutions Architect with a focus on on-premise Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and architecting Dynamics CRM solutions within on-premise environments, with a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, CRM best practices, and the ability to lead complex projects from concept to completion.

Location: Sharjah, Emirate, United Arab Emirates

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role focused on Dynamics CRM and on-premise environments.
• Extensive experience in Dynamics CRM development and architecture within on-premise setups, including Dynamics 365 and earlier versions.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, and related technologies in an on-premise context.
• Experience with on-premise infrastructure, including Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, microservices, and API design within on-premise environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technology solutions tailored for on-premise deployments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in agile and DevOps environments, focusing on on-premise infrastructure.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other relevant technologies is a plus.
