Dynamics CRM Developer

About the Job: Dautom is seeking a Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, and implement web and client-server applications using Microsoft Technologies. The role involves the following key accountabilities:

• Hands-on experience with Web Services, Windows Services, and SQL Server.
• Develop and debug plug-ins and JavaScript extensions for CRM applications.
• Utilize Dynamics CRM SDK and Services (2013, 2015) for development.
• Customize entities, forms, views, workflows, dashboards, and reports within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Implement Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts such as Inheritance, Abstraction, Encapsulation, and Polymorphism.
• Participate in design and code reviews for Dynamics CRM/365 projects.
• Develop front-end web interfaces utilizing Ajax, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Manage version control using source control software packages.
• Write plugins in C# and JavaScript using Visual Studio (2012/2015).
• Experience in Agile methodologies (SCRUM) for project execution.
• Conduct CRM development, customization, and deployment.
• Use ADO.NET for database access and updates.
• Integrate and migrate Dynamics CRM/365 using tools like SSIS, Scribe, and Kingsway Soft.
• Knowledge of IIS, Web Services, WCF, MVC, LINQ, and NHibernate.
• Write Queries, Stored Procedures, and contribute to database design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including software bugs and system configurations.

Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 5+ years of IT experience, including programming experience in Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, C#.NET, and MS-SQL Server database.
• Experience in end-to-end CRM implementations and integrations.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes and adjust working hours to meet demands.
