The company is seeking a Dynamics CRM Tester with over 9 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynamics CRM 365 Testing, customer service, and knowledge of AI tools. A valid passport is mandatory. The CRM Business Functional Tester is responsible for ensuring that the CRM system, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, meets the needs of end-users in sales, marketing, and service teams while remaining bug-free. This role emphasizes business logic, workflows, and user experience over pure technical testing. Core Responsibilities: 1. Requirement Analysis & Test Planning: - Review Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD). - Identify potential issues in business processes. - Create comprehensive Test Plans and Test Cases. 2. Functional & End-to-End Testing: - Conduct module testing for features like Lead Management, Opportunity Tracking, and Campaign Automation. - Validate user journeys from initial lead capture to post-purchase support. - Ensure correct execution of business rule-based automated triggers. 3. Data Integrity & Integration Testing: - Verify accurate data flow from external sources to the CRM. - Test role-based access controls to maintain data security. - Validate the accuracy of dashboards and analytics reports. 4. Defect Management: - Document and track software defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. - Collaborate with developers on the business impact of defects. - Perform regression testing to ensure that existing functionality remains intact with updates. 5. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: - Assist stakeholders during UAT by providing test data and translating technical issues. Typical Experience Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - Certifications: ISTQB (Foundation Level), Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals. - Experience: Minimum of 9 years in software testing, with at least 7 years focused specifically on CRM environments.
