Dynamics Developer

Dautom is seeking a Dynamics Developer to design and develop customizations, plugins, and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premise). The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows based on functional requirements, as well as developing and maintaining custom .NET components (C#) and web services to integrate with external systems. Other duties include performing system upgrades, applying patches, and ensuring platform stability and performance. The candidate will collaborate with business analysts and end users to gather and refine requirements, maintain system documentation and technical specifications, ensure data integrity, and implement data migration and synchronization procedures. Additionally, the role involves providing support for UAT, training, and post-implementation activities, assisting in deploying solutions, and coordinating releases across environments (Dev, UAT, Prod), while ensuring compliance with security and coding standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2016 or later) in an on-premise environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Custom development using C# and .NET Framework CRM SDK
  • Plugin development and Custom Workflows
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Web Resources in CRM
  • Integration tools such as SSIS, Web APIs, or custom connectors
• Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, views, stored procedures)
• Familiarity with Windows Server and IIS for hosting Dynamics CRM
• Experience with source control (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git)
