Unlock employer & apply directlyAbout the Job: Our client, a prominent real estate developer, is seeking to hire an ERP & CRM Systems Administrator (Dynamics 365 F&O) to join their team in Ajman. Job Principal Accountabilities: - Administration of FinOps applications, including batch jobs and workflows. - Configuration and management of infrastructure related to FinOps and CRM. - Administration of FinOps and CRM databases. - Management of SSIS integration servers and KingswaySoft utilities for FinOps and CRM. - Upgrade and maintain FinOps service fabric clusters. - DB and application performance tuning and monitoring. - Manage DB export/import activities among UAT, Dev, and Production environments. - Support day-to-day requests related to data correction. - Prepare environments for DB restores as per developer team requirements. - Oversee DB backup and recovery processes. - Manage LCS administration and package deployment activities. - Microsoft relationship management for product support and licenses. - Maintain database servers to ensure high performance, availability, and security. - Develop tools for automated monitoring and corrective actions. - Administer security through user and role management within the ERP system. - Track issues, document changes, and analyze problems in real time. - Collaborate with team members to resolve ERP & CRM infrastructure issues. - Work with the infrastructure team to optimize network and compute assets. - Serve as a technical liaison for other application teams regarding integration and analytics. - Monitor and maintain integrations, including troubleshooting APIs. - Support the end-user community to ensure database accuracy and integrity. - Establish best-practice processes within the company’s ERP systems. - Provide support for the evaluation and implementation of ERP third-party add-ons. - Coordinate with vendors to define solutions and data migration approaches. Competencies Required: - Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. - Expert experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012+. - Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server 2016+. - Experience with MS Azure administration; .NET development and JavaScript are beneficial but not required. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong work ethic and personal accountability. - Hands-on experience in designing and building automated monitoring tools. - Ability to build reports using SQL is a plus. - A BS or Master’s degree in MIS or Computer Science is preferred, along with a minimum of 2-8 years of database administration experience in a mid to large company.
