Job Purpose:
- Core Technical Focus: On-Premise Dynamics CRM Architecture. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft's Dynamics CRM platform, specifically in on-premise environments.
- Platform Expertise: Extensive experience with Dynamics CRM, including older versions and Dynamics 365, is crucial. The architect must have a thorough understanding of the platform's development and architecture.
- On-Premise Focus: The candidate must be proficient with the underlying infrastructure, including Windows Server, IIS (Internet Information Services), and SQL Server.
- Development Stack: Strong skills in the Microsoft development ecosystem, including .NET and C#, are essential for customizing and extending Dynamics CRM and building integrations.
- Modern Principles in a Traditional Setting: Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, microservices, and API design is important, indicating a desire to apply modern architectural thinking in an on-premise setup.
- DevOps/Agile: Experience in agile and DevOps is expected, specifically tailored for on-premise infrastructure, including automating deployments, testing, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD).
Experience and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years in software development, with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role. This confirms the need for a senior-level professional with a track record of designing solutions.
- Certifications: Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other relevant technologies is a plus.
